Ellen Kretchmar, identified as a Ward 2 resident, asked about traffic calming solutions. Borough Manager Dan Madgar said inquiries have been made into crosswalk signs and signals, the borough is communicating with PennDOT and is researching grant opportunities to support traffic‑calming measures.
Council did not take formal action on the items during the public comment period; the matters were recorded in the meeting minutes and referred to appropriate staff or committees for follow‑up.
