By unanimous roll call, the Committee adopted the consent agenda; the resolutions encompass payment of bills; accepting donations; tax cancellations and refunds; inserting Clean Communities and Storm Water Management revenues into the 2026 budget; awarding a contract to Foley CAT to purchase a Caterpillar bucket (MP attachment); authorizing municipal alliance services for FY 2026–2027; multiple liquor-license renewals; authorizing the sale of a tax-sale certificate by assignment; amending advisory committee appointments; appointing Cynthia Dalessio as Interim Registered Municipal Clerk (Resolution 93-2026); and awarding contracts for the 2026 oil-and-stone road maintenance and repair program and for repaving the Pittsgrove Township Convenience Center.
Separately, the Committee introduced Ordinance 2026-07, “Capital Ordinance of the Township of Pittsgrove, County of Salem, State of New Jersey, Appropriating the Sum of $42,450.00 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the Resurfacing of Roads in and by the Township.” The motion to introduce the ordinance on first reading was made by Committeeman Papiano and seconded by Committeeman Schmidt; the roll call vote was unanimous.
In new business, the Committee approved Food Truck Fridays at Green Branch Park on July 31 and August 28 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned with the next regular meeting scheduled for June 24, 2026.
The meeting minutes record the contract awards and appointments by resolution number but do not list contract amounts or vendors for every resolution; specific vendors named in the minutes include Foley CAT for the Caterpillar bucket purchase.
