The board memorializes approvals at its July 22 meeting; applicants were instructed to obtain construction permits at the construction office after memorialization.
At 48 Buttonwood Drive the applicants’ architect, Thomas Doris, presented a one‑story rear and side addition that increases building coverage to about 26.7%; the board approved the requested sideyard and building‑coverage relief. Applicants were reminded that the house will remain single family and that any subsequent change of use, additional doctors (if commercial tenants) or more signage would require separate approvals.
Three accessory‑structure cases were approved: a 288 sq ft shed at 33 Elm Terrace (Michelle Stabil) and a 12x16 (192 sq ft) shed at 27 Adam Boulevard (Eugene Erleski and Laura Sonquist). Board professionals noted small building‑coverage and impervious coverage exceedances in one case; applicants said there will be no electrical or plumbing in the sheds.
All approvals were recorded by roll call; resolutions will be memorialized July 22 and applicants may obtain permits thereafter.
