The Borough of Beachwood Land Use Board approved a resolution memorializing the grant of a use variance to Freedom Firearms, LLC for property identified as Block 8.11, Lot 1, also known as 1800 Double Trouble Road, during its June 8, 2026 meeting.
Vice Chairman Abramski moved to memorialize the grant of the use variance and Mr. Martin seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken and the Board recorded that Resolution #2026-11 was approved; the transcript records abstentions and one member absent on the roll call. The resolution memorializes the Board's prior determination to permit the proposed use at the referenced lot.
Board Attorney Kelsey McGuckin-Anthony noted procedural matters for the record earlier in the meeting, including that the Board's meeting schedule had been posted and noticed consistent with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.
