Rangely council approves SRO IGA, interim manager contract and multiple grants; hires recruiter for town manager search

On project funding, the council approved several actions to advance a riverboat ramp project. Members accepted a $30,355 grant from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and a $33,275 grant from the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
