Because the UDOT access permit is a stated requirement for approval, the commission moved and seconded a motion to table the application until the next monthly meeting so Cox could provide the UDOT permit copy. The chair said the permit must be filed before the commission could approve the conditional‑use permit.
The motion to table carried by voice vote. The commission advised the applicant to deliver the UDOT permit to the planning office ahead of the next meeting so it will be on file.
