Board members asked for more detail and postponed a detailed May budget review to the next meeting.
On Daniels Academy repairs, the board reviewed a Morin proposal to replace temporary roof-support beams with permanent beams tied into exterior walls but expressed concern about unknowns once walls are opened. The board asked Morin for a two-phase proposal (inspect as Phase 1, then proceed if warranted) and postponed the repair decision to the next meeting.
Other routine items: ads for a Town Hall project manager are posted (proposals due next meeting) and the board reviewed Planning Board site plans without comment.
