The committee also approved forwarding a purchase of concrete stencils and rentable outdoor-game pieces for splash‑pad and event programming (estimated materials cost shown in the packet) and agreed to move several internal transfers and a request to amend an appropriation for Ebert’s Road paving to the council for formal action.
What happens next: Staff will provide detailed lease terms and district references as requested and return to council in August/September with a recommended lease for approval. Boulevard-tree expenditures and Ebert’s Road appropriation changes will be presented to council for resolution.
