Commissioner Robert L. Bailey moved the resolution, which permanently moves Precinct 28 to Odd Fellows Lodge; Precincts 29 and 30 to Huntington East Middle School; Precinct 31 to Huntington East Middle School; Precinct 38 to the Cabell County Career Tech Center (VoTech); and Precincts 62 and 66 to Culloden Elementary School. The motion was seconded and carried unanimously, with one commissioner absent.
The action was presented as a formal resolution to the commission and listed as Exhibit (E) in the meeting record. The vote was recorded as unanimous among commissioners present.
