Commissioner Rich Ecke moved to authorize Commissioner Ken Seivert to advance the alternative plan; Commissioner Meghan Kelly seconded, and the motion passed. The commission noted a cleanup date will be scheduled and circulated a sign-up sheet for opening the cabin during band concerts.
The action delegates project coordination to Commissioner Seivert and relies on volunteers; no budget appropriation or contractor engagement was recorded in the minutes.
