The board also voted to remove Michael Henson from the Converse County Fair Board effective immediately for code of conduct violations after an executive session on personnel matters.
Commissioners approved the District 2 Annual Operating Agreement for project fires; the board recorded that only Attachment B and signature pages were currently in hand and the full plan remained under federal review. Where recorded in the minutes, motions were made and seconded and the clerk recorded that motions carried. No roll‑call vote tallies were provided in the minutes.
