Commissioner Trent Kaufman moved to adopt the rededication resolution and Commissioner Donald Blackburn seconded; the motion carried. The resolution memorializes the board’s finding and dedicates the replatted road for public use as depicted on the HDR plat.
The county will record the resolution and associated plat as the legal description of the road moving forward. The adoption resolves alignment and title clarity following the reconstruction.
