The hearing for that application was not opened and the item was continued to the next meeting when the applicant can be present.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved the May 22, 2024 minutes by voice vote (7–0). In old business, Thomas Marshall requested that text changes regarding apartments be emailed to him; Diane Denton, the board secretary, said she would send the text. The board closed the meeting at 9:10 p.m. on a motion by Greg Kuras.
No votes were recorded on Mulaniff’s application; it will return to the agenda when the applicant attends.
