Board approves financial report and revised minutes, announces meeting dates and adjourns

At the Dec. 4 meeting, Mr. Zydanowicz moved and Ms. Polun seconded that the Board approve the financial report for the period ending Oct. 31, 2018; the motion passed unanimously. Later, Dr. Greenberg moved and Ms. Polun seconded that the Board approve the revised minutes of the Nov. 20, 2018 regular meeting; that motion passed unanimously.
Chairperson Carol Blanks announced future Board meeting dates, including Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018 and Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, both at Town Hall, 50 South Main Street, room 314, Legislative Chamber, at 7:00 p.m. The Board recorded no requests for future agenda items and no visitor comments at that time.
Mr. Zydanowicz moved and Dr. Greenberg seconded a motion to adjourn; the Board adjourned at 9:00 p.m. The minutes were attested by Mrs. Carol Blanks (Chairperson) and Dr. Lorna Thomas-Farquharson (Secretary) and submitted by Mrs. C. Rogers, Clerk of the Board.
