The motion directs the town and the building committee to coordinate bonding and oversight, while the district’s recommended role for a project manager would include overseeing invoices and committee meetings.
Board members noted that the project will be coordinated with the town and building committee and that official bonding costs would be handled by the town. The vote authorizes the board to request initiation of the project and does not award construction contracts.
