IWWC accepts driveway improvement application for West Pond Meadow Road; silt fencing required

The IWWC unanimously accepted an application to improve and extend an existing driveway on West Pond Meadow Road on Jan. 6, 2026. Applicant Jackson Xenelis told the commission that a wetland official had visited and marked the locations of wetlands on the property and that the new driveway surface would be crushed stone.
Xenelis said silt fences will be installed around the wetlands when work begins. Following a motion by Commissioner Howard Benisvy, seconded by Commissioner Andrew Livingstone, the commission voted unanimously to accept the application.
The minutes record that the commission accepted the application; no additional permit conditions or a construction schedule were noted in the minutes.
