District withdraws proposed 0.2 FTE for Hazel/Central and restores assistant athletic director time

At the same time, staffing modeling found reducing an assistant athletic director from 0.4 to 0.2 FTE posed implementation issues; administration proposed returning 0.2 FTE to the assistant athletic director role so that position's allocation matches last year's level. Taken together, the adjustments result in a net zero change in district FTE.
Board members asked whether reducing ML staffing would impair momentum; administrators replied that the recent gains were achieved without the new 0.2 FTE and that the proposed reallocation is intended to reflect current enrollment and operational needs. The committee characterized this reallocation as an administrative staffing decision and did not take separate formal action during the meeting.
