Natrona County adopts Resolution 11-26 to establish CR County Road 502 (Squaw Creek Road) as county highway

Deputy County Attorney Ashley Smith presented the county's report on establishing CR County Road 502, also known as Squaw Creek Road, as a county highway by prescription and introduced Resolution 11-26 during the March 17 meeting.
Chairman Jim Milne opened the public hearing. Condo Edwards of Casper registered opposition; no other speakers testified in favor or against. Commissioner Dave North moved to adopt the establishment of County Road 502 and Resolution 11-26; Commissioner Peter Nicolaysen seconded and the motion carried.
The resolution was adopted according to the minutes. Road and Bridge Superintendent Mike Haigler was available to answer questions during the hearing. The minutes record the board moving into an executive session later in the evening and adjournment at 7:23 p.m.
