Board approves minutes; trustees offer brief remarks

The Natrona County Parks Board of Trustees approved minutes from the Feb. 12, 2026 meeting during the March 12 session. Trustee John Hatcher moved to approve the minutes, Trustee Justin Kinner seconded, and the motion carried as recorded in the minutes.
During trustees' comments Trustee Justin Kinner asked for patience and expressed optimism for positive growth this summer; Trustee Stacey Zeidler asked the public for grace for the new board and encouraged residents to enjoy county parks; Trustee John Hatcher thanked Parks staff for supporting the volunteer board. Chairman Dave North described the parks system as large and resources as stretched, saying work on the mountain depends on agreements and noting Hell's Half Acre improvements were overdue.
Chairman North adjourned the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
