Motions to accept the agenda and to approve and file the Feb. 11 minutes were moved by Nimi McConigley and Cathi Carr and carried. The motion to approve payment of February bills was moved by Ivan Anchan, seconded by Nimi McConigley, and carried.
The board received the monthly purchase report, which lists total accounts payable of $137,742.92, a payroll tax deposit of $28,485.77, deferred compensation of $1,970.00, March payroll of $100,352.78, and total March 2026 vouchers of $268,551.47.
No further action was taken on these items and the meeting adjourned at 1:04 p.m.
