At the Feb. 3 meeting, the Carbon County Commissioners approved an agreement with Stahly Engineering to perform repairs at the Edgar Sewer Lagoon and approved a Task Order for embankment repairs on Herginrider Road over Silvertip Creek.
DES Coordinator Cyrina Allen joined with Nick Winfield of Stahly Engineering; Commissioner Scott Miller moved to approve both the Edgar Sewer Lagoon agreement and the embankment task order. Commissioner Bill Bullock seconded both motions and the minutes record each motion as carried. A purchase request for Bridger Road shop embankment repairs, engineering services and construction in the amount of $24,000 was presented to the board.
The minutes do not print an itemized scope for the Task Order or a construction schedule; those documents should be available in DES or engineering project files.
