The Carbon County Commissioners on Feb. 3 approved an amended two-lot plat for the RnR Elk Resort at the southeast corner of Elk Run Drive and Palisades Campground Road. Contract Planner Forrest Mandeville presented the Planning Board recommendation, compliance review and findings summary to the board before the vote.
Commissioner Bill Bullock moved to approve the RnR Elk Resort Subdivision, Amended Plat Lot 10, with the findings and conditions included in the project memorandum. Commissioner Scott Miller seconded the motion, and the motion carried. Present for the agenda item were Contract Planner Forrest Mandeville, Kate Stout of Red Lodge Surveying and Clerk & Recorder Macque Bohleen.
The approval implements the Planning Board's recommendation and the compliance review conditions recorded in the project's memorandum. The minutes do not list specific conditions in detail; those conditions are contained in the project memorandum on file with the Clerk & Recorder.
