Staff emphasized operational improvements, including average scene times under 20 minutes for the fourth quarter and stable run volumes compared with 2024; some mutual-aid runs into neighboring counties were noted.
Commissioners asked for comparisons at the zone and town level and clarification on local trends; staff said run volumes and distributions were comparable to the prior year in the quarter and highlighted ongoing documentation and billing initiatives.
