Brentwood resident urges council to address recurring backyard flooding

Staff also said they had heard that neighboring Lowell may be planning work that could affect drainage paths and that they would follow up with engineers when they return from spring break.
What happens next: staff said they will continue work on specifications and will discuss the project with engineers and the neighboring jurisdiction; the item will return to council when engineers can attend.
