Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison moved to approve the prior minutes; Councilmember Terry Taliaferro seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The council later approved a resolution to add Rodney McCarty as a bank signatory alongside Mayor Robert Smith, Mayor Pro Tem Phil Adkison and City Secretary Cheryl Everett; that motion was made by Councilmember Frankie Ornduff, seconded by Councilmember Terry Taliaferro and passed 3-0.
The council received monthly reports: a February 2025 report from the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department presented by Councilmember Frankie Ornduff and monthly dispatch and a racial profiling report for the period March 1, 2024 through Feb. 28, 2025 from Police Chief Jeff Burns. Administration (Rodney McCarty) reported no items. The meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
