Residents cautiously back parking-and-playground proposal at 1110 Lake Shore Drive; council seeks staff report

Councilmember Delperdang described the choice as community-based and council members raised questions about long-term maintenance and policing of the proposed site.
The council directed City Administrator Michael Meyers to prepare a full report detailing the concerns for future consideration; no vote or approval was taken at the Feb. 10 meeting.
