ICC board asks Selectmen for another year to decide on gym building acquisition

Town Manager Billings told the Selectmen the ICC had asked for an extension to allow more time for surveying, fundraising, and to review the terms of acquisition and any necessary capital work. Selectmen declined to grant an immediate transfer but agreed to meet again after ICC provides financial statements and a review of the current rental agreement; they also said they would determine whether a town meeting article would be required.
