Planning board to invite MPIC for next meeting to advance Master Plan bylaw review

Planning Board member Sam Champigny requested that MPIC be added to the board’s next meeting agenda so the committee can discuss the steps needed to review bylaws in light of the Master Plan goals. The minutes do not expand on MPIC’s composition or full remit; the request was for MPIC to appear at the February meeting to advise on the bylaw-review process.
Board members listed the Master Plan goals during discussion but did not take formal action on bylaw changes at this meeting. The board scheduled follow-up agenda items for future meetings to continue work on Master Plan recommendations.
The board’s next meeting is Feb. 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Wales Senior Center.
