The Town of Berkley Board of Assessors met Dec. 3, 2025, in the Assessors Office, Room 9. Chair Lisa Tetreault called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.; members present were Mark Pettey Jr. and Clerk Jeanne Russo. Sandra P. Cameron, Town Assessor, is recorded as present.
Jeanne Russo read the minutes from the Nov. 19, 2025 meeting. Mark Pettey Jr. moved to accept the prior minutes; Jeanne Russo seconded the motion. The board approved the November minutes by a 3-0 vote.
The board then took routine fiscal actions. They voted unanimously to pay various bills, including a $315 invoice for consultant Gary Hoitt. The board also approved the Motor Vehicle Excise Warrant 2025 commitment #6, with a total commitment amount of $623,436; the warrant was signed.
On an administrative item, Jeanne Russo informed the board that Dec. 12 is the deadline to send information to the billing company so bills can be completed for the current cycle.
A motion to enter executive session and not return to open session was made, seconded and approved by roll call at 5:06 p.m.; Jeanne Russo, Mark Pettey Jr. and Lisa Tetreault each voted "Aye."
