A motion to approve Resolution 1206 was made and, following a roll call, the council approved the renewal. The motion passed by voice and roll-call voting as recorded at the meeting.
The renewal preserves the status quo of law-enforcement services for Atkins for the coming year; the resolution and the contract set service levels and the fixed payment amount.
