The Bellevue Planning Commission on June 25, 2026, approved two final plats on its consent agenda and forwarded both cases to the City Council for public hearings.
The commission approved the minutes from its May 28 regular meeting and accepted all staff reports into the record before taking up the consent agenda. Commissioner Yoder moved to approve the May 28 minutes; Commissioner Ackley seconded, and the motion carried with all commissioners recorded as voting in favor.
On the consent agenda, the commission approved two final plats: S‑2605‑13, a Liberty replat submitted by Liberty Land LLC covering lots 171–289 and outlots C and D (general location northwest of Quail Drive and Kart Road), and S‑2605‑14, a final plat for Lot 1, Quail Crossing Replat One (replat of Lot 67 and Outlot A) submitted by Quail Crossing LLC at the southwest corner of South 42nd Street and Highway 370. Commissioner Ackley moved to approve the consent agenda, and Commissioner Taylor Jones seconded; the commission recorded "All voting yes," and both plats were approved.
The commission noted the procedural next steps: S‑2605‑13 will go to the City Council public hearing on Aug. 4, 2026, and S‑2605‑14 is scheduled for a City Council public hearing on July 21, 2026. No members of the public asked to pull either item from the consent agenda.
With no other business, Commissioner Yoder moved to adjourn; Commissioner Arie seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
