The motion to remove/satisfy the lien was made by Councilor Kerns, seconded by Councilor Steadman, and carried unanimously.
Council did not record further conditions or payments tied to the lien removal in the meeting minutes. The borough will update records to reflect the lien removal as approved by motion.
