At its regular meeting the Bradley County Planning Commission approved several subdivision items and added a three‑lot plat to the agenda.
The commission added a three‑lot final plat on Menace Road to the agenda and approved the addition. The board then approved the final plat for Prairie Meadows (revised lots three, four and five), a final plat for the Walter Blue property, and the Parkwoods preliminary plat for property owned by Parkwoods Group LLC. Director Bentley indicated each item appeared to meet the county’s subdivision regulations and zoning resolution. Each vote was recorded as unanimous by the membership present (nine yes votes).
The Menace Road plat was described as a three‑lot final across from Park View Elementary School. Commission members and staff asked no substantive questions and no members of the public spoke in opposition to the plats. The chair closed the plat business and moved to the final agenda item later in the meeting.
Members also approved the previous meeting's minutes at the start of the session when the added plat was included on the agenda. The commission briefly discussed scheduling a work session for July before adjourning.
