Rowan council adopts FY26 budget amendment, approves three ordinances and schedules April hearings

Other business included approval of a grant-writing contract with MIDAS Administrative Services to support an ECWAG grant application (the clerk will confirm whether replacing certain fire hydrants is eligible), renewal of a $25,000 certificate of deposit at First Citizens for six months at 3.85% with interest applied to a USDA loan principal payment, and administrative approvals of building permits.
