Council members debated how to determine whether an outbuilding has been sufficiently repaired to remain with a property transfer. One option discussed was delegating an objective determination to the County Assessor, who could decide whether the condition of a building has increased to a specified level. Maschman said he will research that approach and return with recommendations.
The minutes note that the properties discussed have not yet been officially recorded to the city. No formal action to adopt the draft agreement was recorded at the meeting; the item remains under review pending Maschman’s research.
