During the July 3 meeting the Salem Township Planning Commission approved the minutes from its May 1, 2024 meeting by a vote of three to zero. Commissioners—Paul Holleran moved and John Durco seconded—voted unanimously in favor, with John Durco, Paul Holleran and Connie Mattei recorded as voting for the motion.
Chair Connie Mattei reported that staff and supervisors have held two meetings to review Solicitor Falatovich’s latest proposed revisions to the SALDO and that a third meeting is planned to continue that work. The commission advised residents that the board of supervisors will hear permitting and taxation concerns at its July 17 meeting.
Paul Holleran moved and John Durco seconded to adjourn; the motion passed unanimously and the meeting ended at 7:26 p.m. The commission set its next regular meeting for August 7, 2024, if an agenda is posted.
