The Ruthven City Council on May 14 approved several routine administrative actions, including a pay increase for the city clerk, authorization of a blacktop services quote, and a property flier condition.
Councilmember Hailey Derrickson moved and Councilmember Maya Cacek seconded approval of a $2.25 hourly raise for City Clerk Jessica Schneider after the mayor noted she had completed a clerk certification.
