Rose moved to approve Pay Application #3; Engel seconded the motion, which carried. West moved to approve Pay Application #4; Andresen seconded and the motion carried. West moved to approve Invoice #11078 from Water’s Edge; Rose seconded and the motion carried.
Council noted the pool renovations have been placed on temporary hold because of weather conditions. Staff said the project is slated to be completed by the end of May 2025. The council did not record any public comment on the item during the meeting.
Payments for the project were presented as part of the meeting’s bills and claims; those totals are recorded in the council packet. The council will receive future progress updates as weather and construction timelines allow.
