At its Jan. 29 meeting the Scott County Board of Supervisors approved a three-item consent agenda that included: authority for the IT Director to sign a 10-year contract with TimeClock Plus, LLC for time-and-attendance software; a professional services agreement with Crowe LLP in an amount not to exceed $53,830; and payment of warrants numbered 345150 through 345397 totaling $1,404,726.73.
Supervisor Dickson moved and Supervisor Beck seconded approval of the consent items; the motion carried with all supervisors present voting aye. Earlier in the meeting Supervisor Dickson moved and Supervisor Beck seconded approval of previous meeting minutes; that motion also passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m. on a motion by Supervisor Paustian, seconded by Supervisor Beck.
