At its March 17 meeting the Shelby City Council approved a set of routine and administrative items grouped on the consent/claims list.
On a motion by Pat Honeywell, seconded by Todd Frank, the council approved the 2026 ICAP insurance renewal for the city in the amount of $49,342.00; the motion passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
On a motion by Pat Honeywell, seconded by Karen Schlueter, the council awarded EZ Enterprizes, LLC a contract for $4,505.00 to landscape and maintain the Agri Symbol park berms; roll call: all ayes.
The council also approved the claims list on a motion by Pat Honeywell, seconded by Karen Schlueter, and recorded the meeting schedule announcements: City-Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, May 30, 2026 and Spring Cleanup Days with curbside pick-up on Monday, June 1, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
