- Approval of wage and hour claims totaling $309,111.68 and financial claims totaling $916,856.71 (SEG 007).
- Renewal of a Wildlife Management/Exclusion Agreement with Scot Rosendahl, Earlybird Pest Control, LLC, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (SEG 007).
- Appointment of Connie O'Berg to the Dodge County Veterans Service Committee for a term expiring June 30, 2031 (SEG 008).
- Authorization for County Clerk Micki Gilfry to reallocate funds from surplus to deficit budgets within the flood control fund to cover a department over budget (SEG 006).
- Authorization for County Clerk Gilfry and Chairman Missel to sign an engagement letter with Erickson & Brooks CPA for audit services for the year ended June 30, 2026 (SEG 011).
- Authorization for signatures on Caterpillar financing documents for a motor grader purchase (SEG 013).
- Authorization to attest that Emergency Management Performance Grant funds are not going to foreign nationals and authorization for Chairman Missel to sign that attestation (SEG 010).
The minutes record these items as routine approvals; where dollar amounts were included in the minutes they are listed above. Several permits and notices were also received and placed on file as part of the consent items at the start of the meeting (SEG 001).
