He also flagged a roughly $25,000 line-item for third‑party data storage tied to an active lawsuit: “They hold it, and then the attorneys agree on research terms, and then they can delete some,” Dan said, explaining the vendor preserves emails and documents for counsel access.
Courtney, who presented the February financials later in the meeting, said revenues for the month were “slightly above budget” and that cash on hand rose from about $45.2 million at the start of the month to about $46.9 million at the end of the period.
The commission voted to approve the payments as presented. No formal dissent was recorded during the vote.
