Mayor Josh Spilman called a special meeting of the Lone Tree City Council to order at 4:30 p.m. Monday at Lone Tree City Hall.
The council unanimously approved the meeting agenda after Councilmember Gluba moved and Councilmember Zadow seconded the motion; the vote was recorded as 5-0.
The council then took up and adopted Resolution 2025-I, which authorizes the hiring of Kendal Cole as a new full-time employee in the City of Lone Tree public works department. Councilmember Zadow moved the resolution and Councilmember Ford seconded it. The motion carried 5-0. The resolution specifies a pay rate of $22 per hour for the position.
After adopting the resolution, Councilmember Ford moved to adjourn; Councilmember Zadow seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 4:57 p.m. The meeting minutes were attested by City Clerk Stephanie Dautremont and submitted for publication on June 17, 2025.
