The chair called the meeting to order and asked the district clerk to read roll call; the district clerk stated, "Let the record reflect that all members are present." The chair then opened the floor for public comment; no speaker cards were submitted and no members of the public spoke.
The district clerk read consent agenda items 1 through 11 by title. Item 1 was approval of minutes. Items 2 through 11 were resolutions for the various CFDs (for example, RES 2026-206; RES 2026-082; RES 2026-133; RES 2026-096; RES 2026-091; RES 2026-088; RES 2026-177; RES 2026-063; RES 2026-090; RES 2026-083) that would "lev[y] upon the assessed valuation of the property within the district ... upon each $100 of assessed valuation sufficient to raise the amounts estimated to be required in the annual budget," all for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
Seeing no requests to remove items from the consent agenda, a board member confirmed there was a motion and a second. The chair called the vote and announced, "Passes 7-0." With no further business, the chair adjourned the joint CFD meeting and the body proceeded to the city council meeting.
The meeting covered routine, fiscal housekeeping: adoption of multiple levy resolutions to provide funding for each district's 2026-27 budget. No public testimony was offered and no substantive debate on the items was recorded.
