The Brookline Selectboard approved a $3,550 contract with Statewide Electrical Solutions to replace fluorescent lights with LED fixtures and install dimmers in Town Hall.
Selectboard member Brendan Denehy moved to accept the proposal; Selectboard member Ed Perry seconded and the board voted 3–0 to approve. All necessary paperwork was signed at the meeting.
The lighting upgrade was taken as a single consent-style expenditure during the Jan. 3 workshop. No additional financing details or contractor start dates were discussed during the session.
