Panora council sets Feb. 23 budget hearing, approves staff pay change, appointment and monthly financials

Council approved Resolution 26-09 revising the employee handbook to provide a pay increase tied to electric utility certifications. Blake Michelsen moved the resolution, Tom Flanery seconded, and the roll call was unanimous.
The council also approved Resolution 26-10 appointing Shane Gliem to the Planning and Zoning Commission (motion by Mark Sheeder, second by Blake Michelsen). The minutes record no public comment on these items.
Under Financials the council approved bills payable (motion by Brian Dorsett) and the monthly financials (motion by Roger Dorr); both votes were unanimous.
