Panora council adopts restated Urban Revitalization plan after brief public hearing

Mayor Curtis Thornberry opened the Panora City Council’s Jan. 12 meeting and the council held a public hearing on a Proposed Restated Plan for the Panora Urban Revitalization Area. City Administrator Lisa Grossman told the council no written comments had been submitted and summarized the plan changes after an audience member asked for clarification.

Councilor Mark Sheeder moved to open the hearing; Brian Dorsett later moved to close it.
