River Ridge CDD elects 2025 officers; staff appointments remain

The River Ridge Community Development District on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect the district’s officers for 2025. Chair Bob Schultz, Vice Chair Terry Mountford and Assistant Secretaries Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were named as the board’s officers by unanimous vote.
The measure, presented by District Manager Cleo Adams, maintained existing staff appointments: Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary, Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer. The motion was moved by Terry Mountford and seconded by Kurt Blumenthal and carried without opposition.
The action formalizes the board leadership going into the 2025 calendar year and preserves prior staff designations. The board did not change other prior appointments during the vote.
