The resolution was advertised in the Spirit newspaper on June 17, 2026 as required.
A board member moved to approve the conveyance and exchange and to authorize the township manager to execute any and all deeds, agreements, or documents necessary to effectuate the transfer; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The approval also authorized municipal officials or the township solicitor to record the necessary deeds with the Delaware County Recorder of Deeds and to pay related expenses.
