Staff also reported that the PROTECT grant scope of work is under review by the Federal Highway Administration and that a kickoff meeting will be scheduled; that EDA COVID-recovery work includes a live CEDS hubsite; and that a Climate Pollution Reduction and Comprehensive Climate Action Plan process has a public survey available to gather input.
